1) No bookings will be accepted without completion of the “booking form”

2) A non refundable booking fee of £400 is due upon booking, with the balance due by 6th December 2024.

3) Please bring wellies, trainers, coat/waterproof etc as well as your normal clothing as we will be using outside space on occasion

4) The meal on the last evening will be a formal meal so please bring appropriate clothing

5) To keep everyone fully in the moment during the retreat, after the first activity we will ask you to place your mobile phone in a box which will then be kept locked away. Mobiles will be returned to guests during any “free time” sessions, usually once a day after lunch and at night when you go to your rooms. The Genuine Connections mobile number of 07942 042759 will be available 24/7 during the retreat and can be given to anyone you feel may need to contact you in case of emergency. Please advise your emergency contact of our mobile phone policy. 6) Please advise us of any dietary requirements upon booking

7) All rooms will be on a shared, same sex basis. There may be the option to pay for a single occupancy room - if this is to become available all guests will be notified and it will be offered on a first come first served basis. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for this.

8) Dates will be mini-dates of approx 60-90 mins in length and will be held on-site
